The gentleman who comes into the home is very kind, professional and communicates well. Appointments are also communicated well. If there is a concern or problem they are quick to make it right and once our home has been sprayed, we don't see anymore issues. We appreciate BLR!

We moved to Hustonville in the middle of no where and often had issues with people coming out. Being in the woods pest control is very important and BLR has no issues coming out to treat the house. They are quick to get you on the calendar and to do the job in a safe manner

On the day they were scheduled they saw that I had some other work being done around the house. After seeing this, they indicated it would be best to do their spraying at another time. They completely changed their schedule to work with mine. Customer service still exist.
